Speedibake past and future Since opening in 1984 Speedibake has grown to become one of the leading producers of bakery products in the UK with a range of over 600 products and turnover of around £70m. Today Speedibake employs 800 people and makes the most diverse range of bakery products available from a single supplier, from delicious garlic and speciality breads to rich cakes and moist muffins. And our innovation teams are constantly working with our customers to develop new ideas to meet the needs of increasingly demanding consumers. We recognise that growing our business in one of the most dynamic and diverse food sectors requires excellent customer service, a passion for innovation and the highest quality standards. That is why our recent investment of £9m includes a stone baked bread line, an industry leading innovation and Training Centre, dedicated Retail and Foodservice Sales and Marketing teams and improved quality and planning systems.
