Speedibake past and future
Since opening in 1984 Speedibake has grown to become one of the leading producers of bakery products in the UK with a range of over 200 products and turnover of around £70m.
Today Speedibake employs 600 people and specialises in US style muffins, traditional ball doughnuts, French style baguettes, garlic bread and speciality breads. And our innovation teams are constantly working with our customers to develop new ideas to meet the needs of increasingly demanding consumers.
We recognise that growing our business requires excellent customer service, a passion for innovation and the highest quality standards.
That is why we recently invested in a third muffin production line, have an industry leading innovation and Training Centre and dedicated Retail and Foodservice Sales teams.
As part of Associated British Foods we are supported by the resource of a major international food and ingredients business. This combined with our commitment to delighting both our customers and the consumer, will ensure that Speedibake continues to invest in growing the bakery sector in the UK and overseas.
