The Speedibake Panini, with its wider flatter shape is the perfect hot sandwich medium, which is filled then cooked on a contact grill. The ideal shape for a wide variety of fillings, it makes the perfect snack or hot sandwich meal, its soft textured centre heated through and topped with the distinctive grill bar finish. The Speedibake Panini will be an attractive and welcome addition to the sandwich market, which represents 13% of the total eating out market. The market is currently worth in the region of £3 billion and still growing, with hot sandwiches, such as Panini, being a particularly strong growth area, accounting for 5% of the market.
