Speedibake's midi doughnut range is suited to either travel sectors or for operators wanting to offer an affordable product.  Two product options are available: ready sugared or unsugared.

Unsugared Jam Ball Doughnuts

Store frozen at -18°C.   Best before end 12 months from production.  Remove wrap from around tray and defrost for 2 hours. Toss in granulated sugar to finish.

Alternatively, after fully defrosted, warm in an oven preheated to 200°C for 2 or 3 minutes and coat in sugar.  This will give the doughnuts a bolder shape and lighter texture.

Contains gluten from wheat, milk and soya. May contain traces of nuts.
