Store frozen at -18°C.  Best before end 12 months from production. Defrost at ambient for 90 minutes. Alternatively, the baguettes can be baked at 200°C for 5 - 6 minutes.

Thaw and Serve Half White Baguette

This white half baguette has a golden baked crust colour and soft textured crumb.  It measures 260mm (10") in length and has 3 angled cuts.  It is made on a "Gouet" production line giving it the pointed ends associated with traditional French artisan.

This thaw and serve half sized baguette is made with a selected blend of wheat flour, malted wheat, barley flour and rye flour for a rich malted flavour.  Finished with 3 angled cuts, it measures 250mm (9.7") long and has traditional pointed ends.
